Brennen Clouse joined Avenue Properties in 2016, which merged with  Compass in 2018, bringing with him a keen sense of community and  an unmatched commitment for cultivating relationships and client  satisfaction.

Brennen has been recognized as a cover story in Washington’s Top Agent  Magazine for his exceptional client relationships and also as part of  America’s Top 100 Real Estate Agents based on closed sales & volume,  both awarded in 2019. Brennen is one of select agents featured as the  “Best of Zillow” and consistently ranks in Yelp’s Top 15 agents in Seattle.  Brennen has been a featured speaker for the local real estate Young  Professional’s Network and for Compass’s event Compass Collaborates.

Brennen is highly regarded by his clients and peers for putting  collaboration and trust first, always working to have the most up-to-date  market knowledge, and helping others achieve their goals with integrity.  He brings his Midwestern values to the business of real estate with a  refreshingly genuine, earnest and honest work ethic. Brennen’s mission  is to build strong and lasting relationships with clients throughout the  process of buying and selling one of the largest assets of their lives.  He believes a home is not only an investment, but is part of a person's  identity, and therefore, should be treated with care, precision and a dutiful  responsibility.

Brennen fell in love with the West Coast when he moved to attend  Stanford University in Silicon Valley, California. Since calling Seattle  home, he has spent several years working for Microsoft as a Relationship  Marketer, where he built stronger customer relationships to encourage  product love and engagement. Brennen uses the skills he learned in  process and customer care to advocate for his real estate clients in a  way that ensures they have an enjoyable and streamlined home sale or  purchase.

Brennen decided to leave the corporate world because he was eager  to work with customers face-to-face in a way that would leave a lasting  impact on their lives. He brings a uniquely analytical mind to real estate  from his work in the corporate world and leverages that know-how to help  his customers make data-driven decisions about buying and selling.

In his spare time, Brennen volunteers as the President for the Stanford in  Washington Alumni Board, works on his podcast “Close to Home,” and  spend times with his Shiba Inu puppy, Mascha.
